Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mortgage Blueprint ("the App"), a mortgage calculation and scenario planning tool operated by Chris Granger / Xpert Home Lending ("we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Mortgage Blueprint provides mortgage calculation tools including payment estimates, amortization schedules, tax savings projections, and loan scenario comparisons. The App is designed for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

The calculations, estimates, and projections provided by the App are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. All mortgage rates, payment amounts, and cost estimates are approximations and may differ from actual loan terms. Always consult with a licensed mortgage professional before making financial decisions.

4. Accounts, Cloud Sync, and Authentication

Certain features require authentication via Google Sign-In or email magic link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and not to share access with unauthorized parties.

Creating an account is optional. If you enable cloud sync, blueprints you choose to upload are stored in our database so they can sync across your devices, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can turn off sync, export your data, or permanently delete your account and cloud data at any time from Account settings in the App.

5. Shared Scenarios

Loan officers may share mortgage scenarios with borrowers via secure share links. Shared data includes loan parameters, payment calculations, and borrower financial information. By accessing a shared scenario, you acknowledge that this information is confidential and should not be shared with third parties.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that mortgage rates, tax rates, insurance estimates, or other data used in calculations are current or error-free. Interest rates are sourced from the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) and may be delayed.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or extract data from the App
• Interfere with the App's operation or other users' access
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, and content, is the property of Chris Granger / RealStack and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses based on calculations provided by the App.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.
