Summary: The calculator works without an account, and in that mode your inputs stay on your device. If you create an optional account and turn on cloud sync — or if a loan officer shares a blueprint with you — the blueprint data you enter is stored encrypted in our database so it can sync across your devices and be collaborated on. We never sell your data, and you can export or delete your cloud data at any time.
RealStack Blueprint ("the App") is a mortgage calculator and educational tool developed by Chris Granger, a licensed mortgage broker (NMLS #952015) operating under Xpert Home Lending, Inc. (NMLS #2179191). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information across our web application (blueprint.realstack.app) and mobile applications (iOS and Android).
Loan scenario inputs, property details, and financial profile details (purchase price, down payment, interest rate, income, debts, FICO score, assets) are processed on your device and saved in your browser's local storage. In this mode, this data is not transmitted to or stored on our servers, and it is deleted when you clear your browser data or uninstall the App.
If you create an account (via email sign-in link or Google) and turn on cloud sync, the blueprints you choose to upload are stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) so they stay backed up and sync across your devices. You choose what uploads — nothing is uploaded silently. You can turn sync off, export everything as a file, or permanently delete your account and all cloud data at any time from Account settings in the App.
If your loan officer shares a pre-filled blueprint with you via a secure link, that blueprint (and the edits you both make) is stored in our database so you can collaborate in real time. Access requires signing in, and access controls limit each blueprint to you and your loan officer.

We do not collect: Social Security numbers, dates of birth, government-issued IDs, bank account or credit card numbers, credit reports, GPS location, or your contacts, photos, or files. Please do not enter this information anywhere in the App.
The App connects to the following external services. These connections transmit only the minimum information needed to fulfill the request:
Stores account and cloud-synced blueprint data and processes sign-ins. Privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy.
If you choose "Continue with Google," Google shares your name, email address, and profile photo with us to create your account. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Delivers sign-in links and notification emails to the address you provide. Privacy policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Used to display current mortgage interest rates. No personal information is included in this request. FRED's privacy policy is available at fred.stlouisfed.org/legal.
Used by the PricePoint feature to display real estate listings for the price-guessing game. The App sends zip code queries to retrieve public listing data. No personal information is included. RapidAPI's privacy policy is available at rapidapi.com/privacy.
The App is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and access timestamps as part of normal web hosting operations. Vercel's privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
The App does not use advertising trackers, ad pixels, or cross-site tracking scripts. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar services. Local storage is used for your calculator data and your sign-in session only.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with any third party for their own use. Period.
The App does not participate in data broker networks, lead generation services, or advertising networks. Your blueprints are visible only to you and — for blueprints created or shared by your loan officer — that loan officer.
Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to know, access, correct, export, and delete the personal information we hold about you, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. The App provides self-service export (Account → Export my data) and deletion (Account → Delete my account). For anything else, contact us using the information below — we respond within 30 days.
The App is a financial calculator intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will address the concern promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes to how we handle personal information, we will provide notice within the App. The July 2026 update describes the introduction of optional accounts and cloud sync.
